ABSTRACT
The article presents a technological sequence for manufacturing the forming part (chip grooves and thread profile) of a new design of a cutting-deforming tap M8 in the conditions of mass production. The machines used and equipment necessary for its implementation are indicated. The produced cutting-deforming taps M8 with different lengths of the forming part are also presented.
