ABSTRACT
Studying the interrelationships between process-essential quantities allows for making the right decisions to improve the quality of the manufactured part. Appropriate quantitative methods are suitable for the study. Our proposal is to use the possibilities of statistical analysis, specifically single-factor and multifactor regression and correlation analysis. The object of the study are the deviations from the dimensions in the cross section ∆D, the deviations from cylindricity Tcyl and radial runout. These quantities can be considered as effective quantities, dependent variables, which are functions of various independent variable factors. Of all the factors, the most significant for the specific study have been selected.
