ABSTRACT
This article examines a significant and pressing contemporary issue - new forms of aggression among teenagers, known as "locals" - informal youth groups with aggressive behavior. A theoretical analysis of the problem is conducted to clarify its nature and significance. The results of an empirical study are presented with the aim of investigating manifestations of aggression among teenagers and the influence of the so-called "locals." The results of the study show that "locals" are recognized as a serious and dangerous phenomenon with a negative impact in the country, there is a lack of trust in the school institution, the family and specialists are the main sources for dealing with the problem, and comprehensive measures are needed to address this problem.
